Solidarity organisations, foundations, sister associations, local NGOs: ARSLA welcomes the possibility of a cross-partnership. Mutual support on an operation, a joint action across territories, exchange of visibility, shared events. Causes are not in competition : they reinforce one another. 01 When can I offer a prize?

Any time. May, November, mid-campaign or off-season: ARSLA welcomes proposals 365 days a year. Prizes received today may enrich the 2027 catalogue and — should the proposal lend itself to it — even the 2026 edition currently under way.

There is no wrong season for generosity. Our engagement team acknowledges receipt within 5 working days, then comes back to you with a clear framework: timing, visibility, logistics.

02 Is there a minimum value?

None. An artisan box, a piece of art, a service, a one-hour experience: every gift counts. The tombola is built from gestures of every size, and each finds its rightful place in the catalogue.

You don't need to be « up to it ». You already are, by holding this intention.

03 Can I offer a service rather than an object?

Yes — and we are particularly fond of these. A class, an initiation, a consultation, a day of accompaniment, a treatment, an immersive experience: services and experiences are among the most appreciated prizes.

They create living memories — and a memory carries our cause for far longer.

04 Will I get visibility in return?

Yes, and we take this seriously. Partner visibility includes:

  • presence on the mini-site (partners gallery, detailed page, direct link to your website) ;
  • mention in campaign communications (ARSLA newsletters, social media, press releases when relevant) ;
  • citation during the live drawing on 1 July 2026 ;
  • co-branded communication kit on request (visuals, mentions, ARSLA-partner logos).

For larger partnerships, bespoke visibility can be co-designed — do reach out.

05 How does delivery to the winner work?

After the drawing, ARSLA puts the partner and the winner directly in touch. You retain control over the practical details — date, place, any constraints — and our engagement team accompanies each exchange when needed.

The experience is designed to be smooth and warm: the winner should remember it as fondly as a precious gift.

06 Can I request a tax receipt?

The tax framework for an in-kind donation to ARSLA — a recognised public-utility organisation — depends on your profile (company, individual, association, foundation) and on the nature of the prize proposed.

We study each request on a case-by-case basis. Please specify your profile and the estimated value of the prize in the form or by email to engagement@arsla.org: our engagement team will then clarify the applicable framework and the documentation ARSLA can issue (tax receipt, in-kind donation certificate, etc.).

Note Wording deliberately cautious, pending legal validation of the precise modalities by the relevant ARSLA service.

07 What happens if my prize doesn't find a winner?

All prizes find a recipient: each prize in the catalogue is allocated a winner during the drawing. If the winner does not claim their prize within the deadlines set by the rules, the prize is returned to the partner or reassigned to a future operation, in agreement with the donor.

No prize is « lost »: every gesture is honoured.

08 Can I attach conditions to my prize (region, dates, etc.)?

Of course. You can specify:

  • a geographical area (mainland France only, region, city) ;
  • a period of availability (off-season, specific dates, blackout dates) ;
  • a number of beneficiaries (1 person, 2 persons, family of 4) ;
  • usage restrictions (validity, deadline, particular conditions).

These details are reproduced on the public prize page so that participants are informed up front, ensuring a smooth experience for you and the winner alike.
